Symptoms

1. E2B duplicate search does not find the cases that match the search criteria

2. PKG_PARALLEL_DB_PROCESSOR.PDP_MASTER JOB fails with the following errors in alert log:

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job <job_id>
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "<Schema_Owner>.PKG_PARALLEL_DB_PROCESSOR", line <Line_Number>
