Item Adjustment Option Appearing When Permission Set To None

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 220.127.116.11.0 version, Item Adjustment Option are appearing when the Permission is set to none.
Steps to Reproduce :
1.Create a CSR account under role with permission /customercenter/item/adjust set to None.
2.In Customer Center, open an account with bill items.
3.From balance tab, highlight bill and drill down to item level.
4.From Actions button, select Item Adjustment.
Item Adjustment should not appear when Permission set to None.
Item Adjustment appears when permission set to None; it is accessible and does not give error message when details provided.
