In simplified-Chinese User Interface (UI), "No" as in "yes/no" was translated as numeric number instead of the word "NO".

This "No" is used widely in Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) and it makes no sense to the Chinese users.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as simplified-Chinese user (country=CN, language=ZH).
2. Go to the Admin > User Group page.
3. View/ Edit any user group.
4. All the occurrences of "No" are shown as "Number" in Chinese.
