Automatic Snapshot Refresh Is Failing With Error ORA-01403: NO DATA FOUND After Upgrading (Doc ID 1063403.1)

Symptoms



After upgrading to R12, the client ran Refresh Snapshots and encountered the following error refreshing certain snapshots since these new R12 snapshots were missing.  An example of one of the failure logs is below:
