Data Is Missing In Many APCC Dashboards With 'The specified criteria didn't result in any data' Exception Message (Doc ID 1063555.1)

Symptoms

Find that data is missing from many Dashboards, including the Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard.

Exception Message:

No Results

The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Request Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below.

Plan is equal to None

or Plan is equal to (Plan Name)
and Exception Type id is equal to 26, 24

Similar messages in the other panes as well, with different Exception Type id's.



STEPS
-----------------------

1. Launch the ASCP Plan with archive set to yes
2. Create a Scenario and add the above archived plan
3. Open Sales Analyst Dashboard
4. Only the high level data is available in certain tabs.  The rest do not have any data.
