A Specific LDAP User Does Not Sync With Agile (Doc ID 1064481.1)

One specific LDAP user cannot sync with Agile.  This user cannot log in, but shows in preview under the Preview Tab of the LDAP node.  The Sync update also shows update 1 user.
There is no sync error message in ldap_migration log and server log  and there are no special LDAP settings for this user.

The specific user exists in LDAP as a temporary user before it is an expired user in LDAP.
