Getting an Error Message when Deleting Letter Templates

Symptoms
Argus Console displays the following error message when trying to delete the letter templates that are already being used in letters creation
"Error Code 'INFORMATION' not present in error XML. Please inform Administrator."
Steps to Repeat:
1. Log in to Argus Console
2. Go to Code Lists|Argus
3. Click on Letter Configuration
4. Select a letter template that is already being used in letters creation
5. Click on Delete
6. Observe that it displays the following error message
"Error Code 'INFORMATION' not present in error XML. Please inform Administrator."
