DB FILE (VALWAL_P) WAS CHANGED IN ASR40 (Doc ID 1065863.1)

Symptoms

During the process of OBF40 upgrade, Customer may find that two files (valwal_p.sql and valvcat_p.sql) contain same procedure (ASAP.SP_VALIDATE_VCAT_PREV) which is wrong. Both the files should not contain same procedure.

Changes

The code was modified in the sql file valwal_p.sql and now the contents of the procedure SP_VALIDATE_WAL_PREV are rectified.
