Symptoms
The wlssdiameter library generates a session ID in the following format:
IP_ADDRESS;UNIX_TIME_STAMP_WHEN_THE_STACK_WAS_STARTED;REQUEST_NO
After consolidating all the 4 domains into a single Weblogic server domain, every interface has its own wlssdiameter library instance. The session ID is not unique.
