Unable To Open Attachment in GRCM 7.7.2 After Issue Close and Can Retire Attachment After Close (Doc ID 1066685.1)

Attachments can be retired, and after an issue is closed, there is no way to open an attachment in GRCM 7.7.2 with Patchsets 1 thru 7 .

Expect that attachments should not be able to be retired when they are not supposed to be retired, and attachments should be able to be opened after an issue is closed.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Add an Issue and Save.
2) Login as Issue Owner and add an attachment.
3) Close the Issue and view the attachments tab.

Notice you can Get or Retire. You should not be able to Retire.

4) Exit out of Issue and go back in. Now you have no way to open the attachment as there should be an Open and Get.


This is a new installation of GRC Manager 7.7.2.
