Can One Set The Rounding At Rate Plan Level

Goal
Customer have configured "IP Dialup Event" and defined two rate plan "Default" and "Bill" using "Rate Plan Selector". Using "Event Attributes" window ( By selecting Advance option) one configured "Minimum event quantity" and "Rounding increment" as per the requirement. But want to know whether these setting can be made available to only at rate plan "Bill"
As of now its available at event level and it applies to all rate plan under it.
