Symptoms

Transaction got stuck in cartridge COMVERSE_MMS_3_5_X_R1_0_0, after sending  a request:

>> 144911.986:Connection handler localhost-54607:LOW
:com.xxxx.activation.cartridge.xxxx.neconn.x1_0.MmsConnection:
CMVT_MMS_3.5.X Sending Empty GET Request :
https://<IP>:<PORT>/compas/compasstatusservlet


No response came back. WO got stuck until NEP restarted.
