Symptoms


You are trying to  Review discrepancies in RDC 4.5.3 for the study. Some times you are able to open the same CRF. However, intermittently, monitors receive the following error:

ERROR MESSAGES: "HTML data entry cannot proceed because of internal error.
Please try again. Contact your help desk if error persists."

REPLICATION PATH:

NAV: RDC Onsite:
1. Select from Activities, "Review XX Other discrepancies"
2. Sort the list on review status column.
3. Let the screen sit idle for about 30 seconds.
3. Open one of the CRFs.
4. Received error "HTML data entry cannot proceed because of internal error.
Please try again. Contact your help desk if error persists."

WORKAROUNDS: No known workarounds, except perhaps to reduce the amount of concurrent activity, or eliminate pauses in standard workflow.
