Whenever the account is deleted using the PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT, the corresponding /event/billing/monitor/update and /event/billing/monitor/delete events are getting deleted from database. But /monitor_queue is still pointing to the deleted events. This causes DM error while running the pin_monitor_balance.
1. Create the parent account. This account should be attached with the monitor group.
2. This is creating the /monitor_queue which is pointing to /event/billing/monitor/update
3. Create child account. This is creating the /monitor_queue which is pointing to /event/billing/monitor/update
4. Delete the child account using PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT. This deletes the /event/billing/monitor/delete and /event/billing/monitor/update objects. But monitor queue is stil pointing to those deleted events.
