Installing CM Patch May Require Manual IPSA DB Package Drop (Doc ID 1069884.1)

Symptoms

When a CM / IPSA patch is applied there may be a need to also manually drop an IPSA DB package as there is a fix for <Bug 8870450> which requires this. Indication of this being required is the presence of the following error in the NP log or a on-demand or scheduled archive.

Recent application of IPSA / CM patch. Specifically CM 5.2.4 patch 1
