How to install Demantra on the same OAS server as EBS 12 (Doc ID 1070181.1)

Goal

EBS 12 comes with OAS Enterprise Manager console disabled as it is a dedicated light version of OAS for EBS alone and no other application should be installed on it and there is no supported method to enable a EM console within OAS of EBS. In this case, how do we deploy Demantra on the same OAS instance?
