Invalid Account ID Error in WSS for CCB (Doc ID 1070461.1)

Goal


We are receiving a misleading error message when we are calling a XAI Inbound
Service (Account Page Maintenance) with an invalid User ID.

Steps to recreate:

We have entered an invalid Account ID.  This Account ID does not exist in CC&B

We are expecting an error message indicating the Account ID provided could
not be found in CC&B, but instead, we are receiving: the following error
message: 'You are not allowed access (directly/indirectly) to this account'

The message is misleading, since it appears that there is a security issue
that is preventing us from accessing the Account ID, when in fact the Account
