Symptoms

In GRC Manager 7.8, the Workflow History information is not always sorted correctly by Date but instead is sorted inconsistently in no particular order.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.  Log into GRC Manager
2.  Open up a Business Process
3.  Click on the History Tab
4.  Click on the Workflow History button
