Symptoms
When attempting to view the Help > Contents from the AutoVue window in Agile, the following error message is displayed:
Http Status 404 - /Filemgr/jVue/help/en/smpro/AutoVueOnLineHelp.html

Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at agile-abc.domain.com:5098.
Steps To reproduce this issue:
- Launch AutoVue from Agile PLM
- Select "Content.." from the Help menu.
