AutoVue Online Help Files not Found when Selecting AutoVue Help > Contents and AutoVue is Launched from Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

When attempting to view the  Help > Contents from the AutoVue window in Agile, the following error message is displayed:

Http Status 404 - /Filemgr/jVue/help/en/smpro/AutoVueOnLineHelp.html

Steps To reproduce this issue:

  1. Launch AutoVue from Agile PLM
  2. Select "Content.." from the Help menu.
