Symptoms

After installing CC&B the application start up does not complete successfully. Instead the start up fails with the following message:

[JVM 2 Ping] ERROR (cobol.host.OptimizedDataOutput) Exception flushing stream.
java.io.IOException: Error: Could not write to pipe
