"Services are Unavailable to the Gateway" Dialog Appears on Storm Management Login and Log File Message Shows "null control zone for storm"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After fixing a control zone issue, a message "null control zone for storm" is in the client Storm Management log file.
On older releases Storm Management would also display a dialog logging in with the message "Services are unavailable to the gateway".
