Symptoms

The Oracle Retail Markdown Optimization (MDO) application weekly processing completed successfully; however, fewer items were processed, and many worksheets have zero recommendations.

This document helps troubleshoot why there may be fewer eligible items, fewer recommendations, or even no items or new recommendations.  

NOTE: This information applies to Oracle Retail Clearance Optimization Engine (COE) as well.
