Searching By Login Returns No Results When Space At End Of Id (Doc ID 1072430.1)

Symptoms

When Searching for an account using the ID field, results will not be found when login ID has an appended space. Remove the space from the end of the user id and the result will be found. This is different behavior when compared to 6.2

### Steps to Reproduce ###
- Launch search function
- Enter a known login value in the ID field with a space appended to the end of the login
- Click search.
