Symptoms

Gets the following error when trying to log in to ESM Mapping tool
"Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."

Steps to Repeat:
1. Launch ESM Mapping Tool
2. Enter User name, Password, select the database and click on log in button
3. Observe that the system gives the following message:
"Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."
