Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), a semaphore that contains the following entry:

ifw.Active = True^M

brings down the pipeline when it is passed.  The process.log shows the following messages:

04.11.2009 08:05:34  ifw IFW NORMAL [T:24] 00092 - (ifw.Pipelines.ALL_RATE) INF_PIPELINE_START | The pipeline 'ifw.Pipelines.ALL_RATE' is started (active).
04.11.2009 08:07:03  ifw IFW NORMAL [T:3] 00129 - (ifw.Registry) INF_BEGIN_REG_UPDATE | Begin to process the command for registry update: 'ifw.Active = True^M ' .
04.11.2009 08:07:04  ifw IFW NORMAL [T:23] 00093 - (ifw.Pipelines.PRE_RECYCLE) INF_PIPELINE_STOP | The pipeline 'ifw.Pipelines.PRE_RECYCLE' is stopped (inactive).
04.11.2009 08:07:07  ifw IFW NORMAL [T:20] 00093 - (ifw.Pipelines.PRE_PROCESS) INF_PIPELINE_STOP | The pipeline 'ifw.Pipelines.PRE_PROCESS' is stopped (inactive).
