Customer Center Display and Usability Issues (Doc ID 1073123.1)

In 7.3.1 Customer center, there are three display issues:
1. Billing frequency in months in Payments tab is “type in” and not “drop down”. CSR may put in invalid frequency.
2. The “Select an ID” in the balance tab gives the MSID and not NUM. This is confusing for the CSR
3. Indentation of the summary tab .The values in the right column becomes hard to read.
