Pin_Collections_Process Does Not Populate Pin_Fld_Completed_T Field

Goal

Would like to use PIN_FLD_COMPLETED_T (i.e. collections_action_t.completed_t field) for reporting purposes, but pin_collections_process does not populate it when the actions are executed.

Attached below a sample log output on pin_collections_process run:

What should be done for COMPLETED_T to get populated?
