Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Router.exe connection to the interfaced CIS system continuously connects and disconnects as indicated by the connection 'light' on the Router window and error messages. This dramatically affects transaction processing times between the interface and has caused transaction queues to grow very large.
