Symptoms

ISSUE:

After a fresh install, there is no sequence numbers for Short Values for Local Codelist 'MC COLUMNS'. Once the Active Flag is updated for one of the values, the sequence numbering appeared.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* After a fresh install, connect to OC.
* Go to Admin, Reference Codelists, Local Codelist 'MC COLUMNS'
* There isn't any seq number.
