Study name is missing the title: Link Patient Positions in study X_STUDY to Site X_SITE. This happens the first time user accesses this screen for a newly created study.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Create a study in Design, Studies, Easy Study Design.
* Select Design, Investigators and Sites, Study Sites.
* Add a Site and click New Patients button.
* Your Study Name should be displayed in a title. It is displayed once you exit the screen, select a different menu, then come back, or log out and log back in.
