Symptoms

In EIP(Energy Information Platform), an Adapter Runtime Service can be configured to run on multiple LTMH/Adapter Servers (via Service Activation). If the Runtime Services are polling the same network share directory files may be processed by more than one of the runtime services. This duplicates effort, impacting performance, and may cause problems if there is a requirement for a unique file name.
