Symptoms

In Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator, you are trying to define or update the Tuning Options associated with a rule (ex. Mapping Rule, Data Loader, etc.).  When you search for the Rule in the Administration > Tuning Options screen or when creating a new Tuning Option, the Rule appears but its name is truncated to 40 characters.

Example:

Mapping Rule names from Business Rule > Mapping:

Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost Pools - Labs
Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost Pools - Operations
Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost Pools - Services

Names from Administration > Tuning Options:

Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost
Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost
Company AC Allocations via Regular Cost

The Rule names are truncated everywhere in the Tuning Options area.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to the Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator responsibility
  2. Go to Administration > Tuning Options
  3. Search for a Rule
