-- Problem Statement:
Error message: "Unknown error happened...." [Log 1513133058] opening a CRF. The error is sporadic and started after applying 4.5.3.14 and 4.5.3.15. As solution, the server needs to be bounced
-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Connect to RDC Onsite
* Try to open a CRF
