Last updated on JULY 12, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub - Version 2.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Users notice the following error messages when trying to upload Table Descriptor in Loadset:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20100: *** ERROR:CDR_ATK_UTILS.createMultipleOperators -
ORA-20003: *** Error in CreateMultipleOperators at stage = Upload Column for Data Operator <OPERATOR_NAME> in multi-table mode. -
ORA-20003: *** Error in UploadOperatorColumns at stage = Attempting to creating column# 14 of 15 - <COLUMN_NAME> for DOB=<ID_NUMBER> in AppArea=<AREA_ID>
ORA-20001: *** Error in CreateDOBColumn at stage=Calling CreateCDRVar for <COLUMN_NAME> - User-Defined Exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CDR_ATK_UTILS", line 859 ORA-06512: at "APPS.CDR_ATK_UTILS", line 1640
ORA-06512: at line 1

For example, of all two attributes for code list for SEX:

DVG Number Value Text DVG Long Value
1 M Male
2 F Female

The error seems to occur only on views where variables have the DVG Long Value in the views (in the examples the suffix '_DVL' notes the DVG Long value attribute of the variable).  Users are able to load OC RDC data for the DEMO study (the views did not contain any DVG Long Values).

They notice the behavior on numeric value of code (known as DVG Number in Oracle Clinical), short value of code (known as Value Text in Oracle Clinical), and long value of code (known as DVG Long Value in Oracle Clinical.
