OCSG 4.1.1 High Availability - Failover Procedures Between ATs and NTs (Doc ID 1076348.1)

Purpose

If one NT server can not communicate with all its SMSCs, and the AT servers continue to forward traffic to it, it will causes heavy traffic losses.
So this document is aimed to explain the above behavior and how OCSG 4.1.1 failover is implemented for the high availability (HA) between ATs and NTs.

This document is intended for OCSG system administrators.
