Symptoms
There are a lot of exceptions like "Can not find AppInstanceGroupId match MO destination address" in the OCSG 4.1.1 legacy SMPP for MT (Mobile Terminated) SMS. Because of this, the Delivery Reports are rejected with an ERROR.
