In Oracle Utilities Energy Information Platform (EIP), when trying to view a Series Graph for an interval data cut stored in a custom generic interval data table, an error occurs.

Error (0x9000062d): Unable to load interval data for 1,1, over the range 2009-04-01 06:00:00 2009-10-01 05:59:59 Unspecified error

Steps to Reproduce

1. In EIP go to Usage > Interval Usage
2. Select Series from the drop down in the upper right of the Usage Search screen and select the interval data source
3. On the results, select a cut series and choose Analysis Graph in the upper right
4. On the Analysis Graph view, the above error is seen and no graph is shown.
