Goal

The following utility will gather information from a UNIX environment when there is an issue raised by a customer on the Oracle Utilities Framework V2.1.0 and higher versions.

Current version number: 3

The following is a list of information that is gathered:

Java Version 
Environmental Variables
Application Log files under $SPLEBASE/logs/system
Number of files in the runtime directory
Checks war files for the environment 
Operating System (Machine Name) 
Database Type 
Database patch level and service pack level 
All files under the $SPLEBASE/etc directory 
installed_fixes.txt 
IR*.txt files 
configuration files
