Symptoms

Users are experiencing problems to consistently use the Scheduled TN Recall functionality.

Sometimes, the Scheduled Recall function is throwing an error like the following:

 

Job timed out and will be rerouted to the first available server - Message Originator - Master

Can not file file: TNRECALL - Message Originator Worker
