These individual problems and/or error messages have been linked to a common cause.  Review the 'Solution' section of this article if you are experiencing any one of the symptoms listed here:

1) Router.exe fails to process transactions identified by the following error in the Router logs:

2010-03-31 08:25:29|ERROR! Corrupt Field Order was rejected by Router. (XRtrConversions::)
2010-03-31 08:25:29|XFoEx object contains an invalid entry [DHTFOCMN] according to the FoMap. (XFoEx::ValidateFoExObject)

2) Router.exe performance is slow, transactions through the system are delayed and/or trasaction queues grow excessively long.

3) Server.exe crashes as Dispatch Workstation (DW) users are logging into the system.  The Server.crash file includes minimal stack info with a standard null pointer reference as follows:

BEGIN ===============================================
02-Oct-09 08:54:49
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

Server.exe logs may end when accepting a DW socket connection as noted by:

INFO|08:54:49|3872|Thread (3872) successfully started for receiving ICDs
from client CRCC-4W (XThreadSvClientConn::Thread)
