When trying to rebill a Bill Segment after altering the Billable Service Quantity on the Bill Segment SQ Detail tab, the system ignores the changes that were made and continues to use the original billable service quantities for that Bill Segment.
This issue only started occurring following the application of Service Pack 5 or 6.
