PHYSICAL INVENTORY COUNT NOT REFLECTED IN ACTUAL STOREROOM COUNT

There are two ways that this can happen - It causes a discrepancy of what is in the Physical Inventory record versus what is in the Transaction Log.
1. If a Physical Inventory Record is counted and the status is in COMPLETED status - the application allows you to change the Count and Save the record - the old and new counts are now on the Log - but there is no reference to the 'old' count on the Physical Inventory record.
2. When the Physical Inventory record is in COMPLETED status. If you change the status to RECOUNT or 1st Count - the application throws an error message "The status change is not allowed" appears - But you can still hit the SAVE icon and it saved the new status. Again - the old and new count are in the Log - but the old count does not show up in the Physical Inventory record.
