UIs Experiencing Performance Issues When Connecting To The Server (Doc ID 1081867.1)

Symptoms

When users commit, it seems that although the config is getting pushed out the following message box appears:

Sending data to server

It stays up in the IPSA UI for about 15 mins before it is possible to use the UI again.

Recent upgrade from IPSA4.1.3 to IPSA5.2.4
