Empty FWSERVICEPACKLEVEL.txt File (Doc ID 1082088.1)

Goal

After installing Oracle Utilities Framework 2.2 Service Pack (SP) 7, found that the file FWSERVICEPACKLEVEL.txt is empty.

Before installing the SP7, the FWSERVICEPACKLEVEL.txt file in the /etc directory, said "SP6.0".

Is there any impact for future fix/patches installations having this file empty?
