Symptoms
When attempting to accept an ICSR (E2B) containing a STUDYNAME value > 70 characters for a study that is not configured in Argus results in an error during import and the Argus case is not created.
ERROR

Error in CFG_E2B.AE_USER_PROC for Profile [Profile Name], DTD Element SPONSORSTUDYNUMB.
Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Drop an ICSR containing a STUDYNAME value > 70 characters for a study that is not configured in Argus
2. Go to Reports > E2B Pending
3. Accept the ICSR.
4. Observe the following error:
Error in CFG_E2B.AE_USER_PROC for Profile [Profile Name], DTD Element SPONSORSTUDYNUMB
