Plugin Throw Exception: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'OM_AUTOMATION_ADD_CORRELATION' (Doc ID 1085602.1)

When running OSM6.3.1, an order that contains automation plugins to send/receive message to/from the JMS queue, a database error is raised  when executing the automation plugin in charge to send a message to the JMS queue.

NOTE: The automation plugin is not a database plugin.

The following error is received:

: com.mslv.oms.dataaccesslayer.ProxyException: ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'OM_AUTOMATION_ADD_CORRELATION'

Once the error is raised, the order is stopped, and the message is not sent to the JMS queue.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
Connect to http://x.x.x.x/oms with admin/password (user/password)
Create a new order
OSM AutomationTutorial Lessons / 1.3.0 Cartridge
ATLesson2 Type ATLesson2 Source/ATLesson2 Type ATLesson2 Source

Advance the order. Advance "Employee Details " task, set whatever numeric value for 'Employee Id'. Click "Update". The error is shown in the nohup.out file (/apps/osm-ipsa-int/weblogic/osm6-ipsa-int-domain folder) To see the error, connect via putty to x.x.x.x using weblogic/weblogic (user/password).

The automation plugins are working on OSM6.3.1 installed on Windows machine. They were also successfully tested on OSM7.0 Linux environment.
