Can Not Search By Zone in Price Inquiry Screen for New Items Created in RMS (Doc ID 1085661.1)

Symptoms

We are unable to search by zone on the Price Inquiry screen for items newly created in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).


Steps to Reproduce:

   In RMS:
      1. Create a new item in RMS and relations for all stores, then approve it.

   In RPM:
      1. Run newItemLocBatch.
      2. Confirm that records are inserted in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table.
      3. Try to retrieve the price for this new item for zone group/zone group & zone.  No records are returned.
      4. Try again using a location to retrieve the price for the same item and notice that records are returned.
