Symptoms

While processing orders with the API's that use Pre-Order provisioning plans and inserting tasks with Rules & Behavior, MSS is not bringing the pre-order and inserted tasks in a sequential order. They become jumbled with tasks of the final Provisioning Plan assigned to the order.
