Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not getting email notifications from the workflow after the Demantra 7.3 upgrade.
We followed all of steps in the note
<Note 1068368.1> - DEMANTRA 7.3 MAIL SERVER SETUP.
All the mail server parameters look good. We are able to ping the mail server from the application server and also telnet into it. The mail server in-box contains the notification messages when we log-in to it using OUTLOOK.
