Symptoms

The following error is logged in the Argus Safety Service (AG) Log file by the 'Bulk Report Transmit Email' task and the corresponding email(s) fail to transmit.

"Error (164) 'Could not send mail through SMTP' occurred when transmitting report: <details of the expedited report> "
